Return & Refund Policy
At March Inc, we have formulated each product to deliver the best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return a product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases ONLY:
You received the wrong product.
You received a damaged product.
You received an expired product.
You received an empty package.
How to Request a Return
In case you have received a wrong, damaged, or expired product, please send us an email at help@marchinc.com requesting a return/replacement. Please include relevant documentary proof, such as pictures and relevant emails, within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
Note: No return or replacement requests will be entertained after the expiration of 7 days from the delivery of the product.
Unboxing Guidelines
In cases where you have received a package which seems to have no weight upon arrival, please record a video of the unboxing to assist with your claim.
Cancellations & Processing
Cancellations: Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. However, orders which have not yet been shipped can be cancelled.
Review Period: Please allow us 48 hours to review your request.
Reverse Pickup: Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick up the order from your doorstep.
Refunds: Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the items. If the issues described are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
